We booked a standard queen room in good condition and could use the wake-up service. the room had central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk. the staff were friendly and gave good recommendations.

Breakfast is okay, the scrambled eggs are good. Coffee pot at the table is definitely top. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a quiet location. Friendly staff.

You can hear everything in every room. Wifi is not constant.

Truly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was perfectly clean and ideal, the location was ideal and magnificent within walking distance of the station. The standard queen room overlooked garden. The staff were cooperative and made me feel welcome. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I would love to stay here again👌

The rooms here are spacious, equipped with two single beds and a shower.

Slept very well, rooms were quiet and spacious.

Parking place I found a little too expensive, 5,00 Euro would have been enough.

Room sizes are decent and great, which is a plus for us. 😊 the staff here are really helpful and you can easily park your car nearby. the breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and is quite satisfying.

Excellent value for money, helpful staff and lovely room. Although classed as 3^ there were things that would make it 4* such as the lovely spacious room, bath robes, mini bar and trouser press. The garden looked very inviting for a relaxing afternoon. On our return from an evening out the outside area in front of the hotel was a nice area to have a night cap.

As it was very hot on our first night stay, it was difficult to sleep as there is no air con. The locality was great for our trip as we were going to a concert at the Zitadelle but the hotel is quite a way from the city, however, the public transport in Berlin is so good that it wasn't really an issue.

Good quality for good price. Close to S-Bahn/U-Bahn (5-7 min. by walk).

A bit noisy because of close proximity of airport, but planes don't fly at night (10pm - cca. 6am). Otherwise very quiet place.
